Yeah, I saw that when you posted the update about a week ago, but he only has the "default" setup for the configurations, and a "safe" setting. I'm waiting for more details.

In the mean time, I found this site that lists what each service does and what benefit there would be to disabling them, and this one that describes them in plain English (I especially like the Security Center description, "Protects noobs from themselves").
