Cleaning Up After SP3

I slipstreamed SP3 Final and then did a fresh install.

The only new files installed by SP3 over SP2 I need in addition to those I generally keep on a Full Install Image are these:

It looks like every one of these new system32 files is now needed to open Network Connections in the Control Panel, and then Local Area Connection.

credssp.dll.....TS Single Sign On Security Package
dot3api.dll.....802.3 Autoconfiguration API
dot3dlg.dll.....802.3 UI Helper
eapolqec.dll.....Microsoft EAPOL NAP Enforcement Client
eappcfg.dll.....Eap Peer Config
eappprxy.dll....Microsoft EAPHost Peer Client DLL
onex.dll........IEEE 802.1X supplicant library
qutil.dll.......Quarantine Utilities
